Thought leadership through curated programming, strategic partnerships, and shared insights in emerging urban living models in key cities worldwide.

To support the foundation’s goal of expanding its international presence and establishing thought leadership, Kristen (Plot Twist Placemaking) conceptualized and led The Global Investment Summit — a traveling event series focused on emerging urban living models such as student housing, coliving, coworking, campuses, and hybrid hospitality. The series served as a platform for global knowledge exchange and trend insights, with events held in major cities including Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Sydney, Melbourne, Dubai, and New York City.
Kristen was responsible for full project management, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration by leading team meetings, managing timelines, and overseeing budget and resource planning with both internal teams and external partners. She curated the speaker lineup, developed the complete program, and handled all event logistics, including venue selection and site visit coordination. Kristen also led international business development, acting as the primary liaison for partners, sponsors, and delegates, significantly expanding the foundation’s reach beyond its original EU focus. Throughout the series, she also served as both event host and keynote on global urban living trends.
